Unhappy homeowners, an unhappy building department and an ongoing lawsuit—The Main Company stepped into a project with many problems, but we got it done.
We had five separate contracts with five separate beach front property owners and coordinated carefully with the Pismo Beach planning department to ensure the project was consistent with city policies.
The project scope included the removal and replacement of existing tile, stucco, railings, doors and windows. The oceanfront environment presented unique construction challenges, which influenced the choice of our methods and materials. The beachfront railings were galvanized and powder-coated and are built to withstand the elements.
